Prepare  the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.

This role will ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.

 Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
– Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Identify and mitigate potential cost risks

Tendering and Procurement:

Prepare and issue tenders for subcontractors and suppliers

Evaluate and compare tender submissions, ensuring best value for the project

Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any deviations from the budget

Prepare and submit regular cost reports to the project team and management

Provide cost advice and guidance to the project team

Identify, evaluate, and manage variations to the project scope, ensuring accurate costing and approval

Prepare and submit claims for additional costs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers
